No auto-submitters, No overused templates.
No blind or misleading links, banners/ads that look like thumbnails.
No consoles, no fpa's, no Inc*st sites or sponsors, no illegal content.
No autobookmarks, no warez, no mp3s, no drugs, no "get a bigger penis" stuff.
No more than 1 submission per webmaster per day.
No free email like Yahoo, Gmail, or Hotmail.
Don't cheat, or all your sites will be removed from the list, without notice!
